Using a variety of modalities to move, breath and integrate as we explore the micro world that is connected to the macro world. Humans are some of the most simple and diverse creatures on this planet and yet we spend so little time building a relationship with ourselves. Bringing it back to the basics while incorporating ancient teachings along the way.

Here we don’t believe one shoe fits all but to spark the curiosity back in one self. To go on this beautiful journey of life, sometimes you might be climbing the largest mountain of your life where moving some of that energy in Yoga, breath work or sound may help. Whereas other times you may be exploring the deepest untouched, unseen parts that feel as big as the deepest layers of the ocean floor where using modalities like chanting, meditation, cacao, or inner work could help better support the journey.

No matter what journey you arrive at each day it's always wonderful to have a pocket of tools to help support You. This world craves the love and wisdom we all have within and we all have such a blessing to offer to one another. Here we strive to feel, connect, embody and integrate. As we continue to try with an open heart and a curious mind a deeper layer of compassion can be planted, sprouted, nurtured, birthed and cycled back again.
